The company’s hedge fund investment strategies combines both quantitative and fundamental investment methods.
Internship Program
This program is designed to offer great work experience to leverage personal knowledge and skills of investment analysis and equity research. Each intern will have the experience of working in a team environment that values trust, integrity, and is committed to excellence. Aside from the departmental projects, our interns will have the opportunity to participate in offsite outings and meetings with senior management.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Learning the basics of equity investment research and portfolio management
Researching multiple public companies, including reading SEC filings, sell side reports, industry
research, and web-based research. Writing a detailed investment report and preparing a financial model of one or more public companies.
Learning the basics of the industry that your host analyst covers
Listening to and summarizing earnings conference calls of public companies.
Learning how to use Factset to assist in the investment research.
Basic Qualifications
Major in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
Interest in investment management career
Basic understanding of capital markets
Fluent in both English and Chinese
