Marketing and Office Responsibilities:
1. Market, client, and project location diligence
2. Venue research: researching and managing established venue relationships
3. Coordinating mixed media, marketing and digital campaigns
4. Assist in planning of events, including, but not limited to, creating new event
concepts and assisting in any aspect of currently planned productions and
programs
5. Supporting the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns, and a variety of events
On-Premise/Event Duties:
1. Logistical support
2. Provide creative and design feedback
3. Assisting with exhibitors, vendors, musicians, talent, models, client
representatives, etc. (dependent on project)
4. Shadow event managers
