　　主体段1： 让步

　　确实有效。可以通过熟悉交规(be reacquainted with trafficlaws)和提高安全意识(increase safety awareness)来避免交通事故(avoid traffic accidents)。

　　主体段2： 反驳

　　和语言考试做比较，注重考试技巧(place emphasis on examskills)，而不是实践运用(practical applications)。

　　主体段3： 叠加

　　还有其他方案。交通安全由行人(pedestrians)， 道路设计(road designs， 例： stop signs， speed bumps)还有各种因素组成。实在不行，违规的就罚钱坐牢(useharsher punishments as a deterrent)。
