This room is on 2/F, facing the street with plenty of sunlight. The room will be empty. It is large enough to fit a queens size , closet, and desk. Parking is difficult around this area. I have two cats, King Kong and Fancy. King Kong is friendly, and nice to play with. Fancy is a bit difficult, but she is fine as you know her better. The living, kitchen, and bathroom are furnished and shared. Feel free to watching TV and cook. Please clean after yourself. The neighborhood is quiet, so no loud party. Guest are welcome to visit, chill, drink and smoke, with discretion. 420 friendly, but try to control the smell and not bothering the neighbors.
