Our marketfocuses on all kinds of market including condominiums, hospitals, hotels,retail and commercial construction. This is a career opportunity with growthpotential to involve in all aspects of construction and development.

The responsibility of theintern is to learn and assist project manager to coordinate, execute and to deliveryour projects timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities mightinclude:

-       Contributingto the planning and development of projects.

-       Supportingthe coordination and management of project.

-       Researchinginformation as required.

-       Performingadministrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, schedulingmeetings, etc.

-       Keepingtrack of and reporting on project progress.

-       Completingany tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

General Requirements:

Full-Time Monday to Friday

Location: Maspeth, Queens

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above

Skills: Proficiency inMicrosoft office including Excel, Word, Project and Adobe platforms.

Driver License: Mustpossess a valid driver’s license in good standing and own an automobile ispreferable. Travelling between projects and office is required.

Estimate: Fieldtime: up to 20% Office time: 80%
