> IMT: International Management Talent Program which targets at worldwideTop University MBA. The candidates will involve in a 3-year program with one year’s rotation in core business units of JD.COM. With CXO and VicePresidents as mentors, the IMTs will soon become mature leaders of JD.COM.

> TET: Trainee Eagle Team Program targeting at Masters and bachelors has successfully run 8 years and so far it has cultivated the potential mid-management force forJD.COM.  

> JD RUN: Summer Internship targeting at undergraduates aims at finding more talents joining both IMT & TET in the near future.

> Others: We are also looking for outstanding candidates that specialize inFinance and Computer Science.
